I'm Kristine, the founder of Tulipdue.
With over 30 years in healthcare, I've supported women through all seasons of life.
In my 30's, I completed over 15 half marathons. After 40, a shift in my health changed how I approached movement, leading me to a more gentle, sustainable kind of strength.
Today I focus on simple strength training, paired with short mindfulness practices you can use separately throughout your day.
As a mother, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last.
Tulipdue was created to offer a calm supportive space where women over 40 can build strength and feel more like themselves again. Without the pressure or overwhelm.
