At Tulipdue, you'll find three self paced programs designed for women over 40.

Each tier includes pre recorded weekly strength workouts and separate mindfulness audio prompts you can use anytime you need calm. 

Whether you're beginning or progressing, each session is simple, supportive, and made to fit real life.

Gentle Beginner

3 Week Beginner Program

(3 week membership access)​

The first step - with body weight workouts and calming audio prompts

 

Each week, you'll follow one guided full body workout (25-30 minutes), designed to be repeated 2-3 times at your own pace so you feel steady and successful without overwhelm.

You also receive two calming mindfulness audio prompts (2-3 minutes each) 

 

designed to gently reset your nervous system.

Use them anytime you need a moment to pause, first thing in the morning, during a busy workday, before bed or while knitting or journaling.

These short guided audios help you slow your breath, release tension, and come back to yourself in just a few minutes.

This is where the calm mind begins.

The program includes a simple written weekly plan so you always know exactly what to do, and everything is housed in a private members only space with time limited access.

Perfect if you're new, returning after a break, or craving a gentle supported beginning.

Signature Strength

4 Week Intermediate Program

(4 week membership access)​

The next step after Gentle Beginner - with weighted workouts and deeper mindfulness audio prompts

Signature Strength gives you one pre-recorded weighted strength workout each week (28-32 minutes), designed for women 40+ who want to progress gently from beginner movements into guided, structured strength training. You'll repeat the weekly workout 2-3 times at your own pace, using dumbbells,  stability ball, and resistance band for a calm, steady progression.

You'll also receive four separate mindfulness audio prompts

(6-8 minutes each)

 

Designed to reset your nervous system.

 

Use them  when you wake up, during a work break, after a stressful moment, or while knitting or journaling.  These calming audios help soften tension and support your emotional well being as you build strength.

Each week you simply follow the assigned workout and use the mindfulness audio whenever it feels supportive.  Everything is delivered in a private members only area with time limited access.

 

Perfect if you've completed Gentle Beginner or if you're already comfortable with basic movement and want a deeper, more empowered strength routine.​​

    Premium Experience

    6 Week Premium Experience 

    A deeper, more supported strength experience for women ready to build confidence and consistency at home.

    This program is designed for women who feel comfortable with the basics and are ready to move into a more structured and progressive routine while still keeping a calm, supportive pace.

    Each week, you'll follow a guided full body strength workout (30-40 minutes), using dumbbells, stability ball, bands to build strength, stability and confidence.

    Workouts are designed to be repeated 2-3 times at your own pace, helping you feel steady, capable, and strong without pressure.

    You'll also receive six separate calming mindfulness audio prompts

                     (8-10 minutes each)

    These are not part of your workouts.

    They are here to support your day, helping you reset, breathe, and come back to yourself whenever you need it.

    Use them:

    In the morning

    After a long day

    Before bed

    Or during quiet moments like journaling or knitting.

    Everything is delivered inside your private members only space with simple, guided structure and time limited access.
