How often should I do the workouts? Each week, you'll follow one guided workout that can be repeated 2-3 times at your own pace, creating a 20- 30 minute session.
Is this suitable for beginners? Yes all programs are designed with a gentle, supportive approach, with Beginner being the ideal starting point if you are new or returning after a break.
What is the difference between the programs? Each level builds on the one before: Beginner: bodyweight movement strength workout. separate short calming audios Signature: added strength with weights, stability ball and bands. Separate calming audios a bit longer. Premium: deeper strength training . Separate longer mindfulness sessions. You can move through the sessions at your own pace.
When do I use the audio prompts? The audio prompts are separate from your workouts and can be used anytime: Morning, during the day, while knitting ,journaling or doing something you like, or before bed. Whenever you need a moment to rest
What if I miss a day? That's completely ok. This program is designed to be flexible and supportive, not strict. Simply return when you are ready.
