At Tulipdue, we provide access to digital content, including pre-recorded workout videos and mindful audio recordings. Because this content is delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds
Once a program or recording has been purchased and access granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please review program details carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
We may provide a refund or exchange only in the following cases:
Duplicate purchase (accidentally buying the same program twice).
Technical issues that prevent access to your content, and which cannot be resolved by our team.
